Sharon Allen leads Pizzale Design Inc. with more than 28 years of experience in the architecture and design community, bringing a refined perspective shaped by decades of hands-on collaboration and creative leadership. Known for her thoughtful, personalized approach, Sharon designs spaces that feel both welcoming and highly functional, always reflecting each client's individuality.
A long-time Oakville resident, Sharon is deeply committed to the client-first philosophy that defines Pizzale Design. She works closely with homeowners, builders, and trusted suppliers, guiding every project from initial concept through final installation with care, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail.
Under her direction, the firm continues to create timeless, elevated interiors throughout Oakville, Mississauga, Toronto, and beyond — helping clients transform their vision into beautifully curated spaces that feel distinctly their own.
JENNIFER HILL, Senior Designer
Jennifer has an eye for all things beautiful and interesting. She finds inspiration in unique fabrics and pieces with organic lines. Her designs have a sense of authenticity that creates warm, welcoming spaces.
As an Interior Decorating graduate from Sheridan College, she has turned her passion into a career, and her creativity and positive energy are always evident in her designs. Engy Farag, Intermediate Designer
Engy brings a refined, contemporary design perspective shaped by her background in interior and urban design. With international experience across residential, hospitality, and commercial projects, she contributes thoughtful detailing, material curation, and strong technical coordination, elevating each space.
Working closely with the Pizzale Design team, Engy helps translate creative concepts into polished, buildable solutions — bringing a fresh global perspective and a calm, detail-driven approach that reflects the firm’s signature balance of luxury and livability.
Mehry NEMATOLLAHI, Junior Designer
With a strong foundation in architectural engineering and interior design, Mehry brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to every project she supports. Her work focuses on creating refined, functional spaces through precise drawings, visualizations, and carefully considered material selections that enhance both form and flow.
